1st. of the year wouldn't miss it. Seemed to me like the vendor turnout was kinda low, maybe some folks were afraid it was gonna rain. Didn't really find anything I "needed" but lots of stuff I wanted. Chico, saw your double stripes - lol!

Stupid drivers

I got rear ended yeaterday while I was stopped at a red light. The guy wasn't paying attention and hit me pretty good, luckily there was nobody in front of me or in the crosswalk he pushed me into. The damage is not too bad I guess, mostly just pushed in the the tailpan and the decklild a little - just pisses me off. My neck & back are sore but I got some meds to help me forget so I'm hoping that it's very freakin' temporary... Fun!

First ride of '09

The Triumph is still torn apart in the shed and the Ironhead isn't running. So I borrowed my cousins xs 650 and met up with a buddy this morning for the first ride of the new year. Nothing special, just a quick run around our end of the valley. Pretty quiet at 9:30 in Burbank on NEW Years day...
